The Barton Child Law and Policy Center at Emory Law School is proud to announce the release of the second edition of “Representing the Whole Child: A Georgia Juvenile Defender Training Manual.” First published in 2005, the manual is designed to provide defense attorneys with a general guide to appropriate and zealous advocacy on behalf of youth in juvenile court. The updated version reflects changes to the law made by the passage of the Juvenile Justice Reform Act of 2013 and important decisions issued by the U.S. Supreme Court.
